Long time no see. Quite busy recently in model HDX-2108/2122, average back home is about 11pm night.

今天看了星洲一则短讯：

饭局改为辩论会更实际

看了非常认同作者的想法；
出席某派饭局只能听取一面之辞，领袖，自己说自己爽，
代表们除了能够填饱肚子，实际上的意义并不大，因为候选人来来去去都是老调重弹。

因此，如果将饭局改为辩论会，各派领袖济济一堂，不仅能够让代表们东奔西跑的麻烦，最重要是可以让各派领袖同场交锋，了解各派的政见，从而选出理想中的领导层。

本人觉得这是一个好建议才拿出来分享，或许朝野政党领袖们可拿来作为借镜，相信我们一般市民也认同这个建议。

Sometime our life and luck is really can't control by us
It was a super blue Monday at 15-MARCH-2010, a bit headache + xiaomaomi non-stop mouth finally pushes me to see doctor.

Not say I don't want to see doctor, but if I get MC, sure my team members will be suffering for our new model stuff, really troublesome doing this model right now.

Everything is changed when the panel doctor said this symptoms is really abnormal, it is wart, and it might be cancer or... our mind is shock when hearing this kind of thing that happen to me-cancer

Don't play play...

With immediately advice
Doctor wrote the offer letter and strong advice me see the specialist now

How URGENT is it? Panel doctor, don't frighten me...

Nah, 18 SG. Really can't imagine this kind of thing born top of my head...very ugly

Admit again since Y2008...hopefully this is the last time
Keep my 100% health back...

Ah, after specialist further check, actually this is just a normal case
But my 'thing' is born on top of my active blood current, then I need to more take care of this...

Lucky it is not CANCER this kind of thing...

Never think I was inside the room when doing the surgery...
Xiaomaomi sure is wondering me when I'm be 'potong' inside

Luckily Xiaomaomi is in school holiday and ask me to see doctor, otherwise the symptom will be come what!!? but the 'what' sure is not a good thing

This is the symptom after operation, sorry that no detailed look.
Very ugly..meanwhile really many vendors was calling me for work matter

Happy CNY
I'm sure everybody has a wonderful CNY and great gathering & holidays.
Of course I did and happy too, but nothing is perfect, I wish to write out some real unsmooth thing that really happen to me during cny.

Like previous CNY , my mood seems like become heavier during CNY
Many minor things are easy affect my mood, which I talking bad mood here. Am I not good enough or EQ level is too low?

what is the unsmooth things oh...haha

First of all is MONEY, when I go back hometown last few days. I saw many of my Triang junior or same levels or seniors are driving better car than me, or even have better career than me or even has bigger house than me

It gave me some comparison impact that thinkI'm no so good enough?; ha-ha may be I over sensitive?why I should compare the money like this way?

I found, thing become low priority or less sensitive when we facing an non-important issue, it is alert me that I have no enough money right now and money become a important sensitive issue for me right now.

What can I do?
Don't worry, I will always think positive and earn much money in proper way...and learn from better man (no matter is junior or senior)..don't worry, I'm not this kind of man (narrow mind)...furthermore i have my plan to expand my biz..

During CNY eve, certain area in my hometown (including my house) has no electric supply...weather is hot and my temper is hot too...seem like it make us easy to think; are 'they' did it just because want to get angpao in purposely?

My daddy's phone and house phone has received n-calls and complains.
What can we do?
When TNB stuff is come over and fix the problem, we still want to ask them in politely and even gave them angapao. What is the social culture...why we always give them angpao no matter is our cny or their RAYA? Are we always be GAVE character forever? I'm not talking hate people here or destroy the peaceful among Malaysians, i'm just thinking is it fair enough?

Things become worse on 1st day of CNY, Most of BERA villager facing NO ELEC supply from morning until midnight, my xiaomaomi and my brother even have to move bed from my grandparent house to my house during elec switching off/on...

Talking another bad mood;I think my current house almost full, and space here is become less and lesser, it is worst especially during CNY, you know when space is less, everything is become messy and of course 'argument' and 'bad mood' between sibling become frequencies, it is not good when happen in front of parents, It might easy cause them unhappy...

Is time to buy new house in my hometown?
But my penang house haven't sold, how could I get extra money?
Triang's house is damn expensive just because too many rich family?
I think this is not a good phenomenon for normal people...but we have no choice, we need to chase them up...

Haha, just don't worry why Gromit become so upset...
As title said, I just wish to say something real...

And I still like CNY..

吾人的生活，有‘动’的一面，也有‘静’的一面。

动的一面，表示自己有生气，有活力，有奔放，有发展, 能和大众社会融合在一起；静的一面，有安然，有轻松，有自在，有宁静，有自我享受的乐趣。

所以，动静其实是不可分开。当动的时候要动，当静的时候要静；能动能静，才是正常的生活。

‘静如处子，动如兔脱’，如果不当动的时候妄动，则如战场上的战事，后果不堪设想；如果不堪设想；不当静的时候，如果一定要安静，这是表示自己处理生活的无能。

所谓‘洞中乾坤大，静里日月长’。人生要能够在‘热闹场中作道场’，也能在静态的世界里享受‘缤纷灿烂’；不如此，则是不懂得人生的意义也！

‘树欲静而风不止，子欲养而情不待’，这是没有把握好动静的时间；‘青春已逝，劳力不再’，即使想要争取时间，也不易有所作为了。

所以，吾人的身体心行，要‘可动可静’，也必须‘能动能静’。甚至更进一步的，身在动，心能静；心在动，身体安然。身心在‘动静’里都能够有所安住，有所安排，人生才能处处安然，时时自在啊！

1.First time give Angpao
This is our first CNY wish (angpao) to our younger siblings, relatives and friends . Haha, no more outcome (except our own parents and some elders relatives), but anyway we wish everybody have a wonderful and cheers cny

2. First Singapore Trip with Xiaomaomi
28-DEC is our first Singapore trip with Xiaomaomi, this is only a foreign country visit in Y2009. I have been Sg two times before, all is Biz trip
We have a great day overthere, although Sg is high currency , but I think cloths and foods overthere is quite cheaper if we earn SGD, btw Sg food is nice to look but taste is normal

3. First time join Business Venture
Join Worm venture, although can't get back money, but it made me in a good history to start join business venture, my family get know me well, at least.

Keep following and hardworking in wood field right now...

4. Xiaomaomi say good bye to Engineer life
Is time to say good bye to engineer life and join the education field
Bye bye to KOBE...

9 month KPLI training for xiaomaomi make us need to think well our future . Only half salary of engineer during training ever makes our life sucks in economic way, but we face it and cope it together...

Special thanks to xiaomaomi for her good financial planning

I like SONY life, I think it was my good and sweet memory for me to grow and learn...keep learning....i hope i can learn more in way of management instead of technical.

Today is Wednesday

Non-OT day for me, not sure have how many OT days left for me.

Recent weeks is felt something weird bout myself

I start felt not be respected by somebody…
Feeling is not syok...but I still behave as gentle man and keep respecting them as per usual...sometime I'm thinking is it I hurt somebody before or I over-menunjuk-tunjuk?

No matter how, I still will keep my origin way to live, 讨厌别人表示自己修养不好

For those I dislike:

Try to stand other's peoples view before say something or behave something...
It is not fair to us who we think we respect you...

Try to be gentle, at least say HI, I'm not the transparent people

Try to ask others opinions, but not one man show...

Haha,,,

Anyway, people live together or work together or…play together should be respect each other...

It is the basic to keep relationship by each other

Today's mood is weird

Received a sms from Kamwan early morning that our triang friend (徐进荣) pass away...

Frankly said, my mood is weird, I'm not sure I'm cruel or not, I just felt a shock that I lost a friend, it is look like I'm getting unsmooth thing when rush a model schedule and quality issue.but it is not big deal for me...may be this is the main reason most of the people become 'cold blood' man, just because of work pressure?

But slowly, our memories appear in mind, still remember we ever study until overnight at each other house...fighting for SPM and of course study how to chase a girl...

Ah, I lost my memory and I lost my friend...

i'm so pity, i lost my true feeling...

Still remember our last talking is last year matter, when he call to me he felt sorry that unable come to my wedding, then we just ask each other how's life recently ..

Just a very simple greeting...

But now,everything is gone...

Just felt it is a big lost and stupid thing when I know my dear friend is suicide

Recent days really received many unhappy thing among my friends, all is related LOVE matter.
Hopefully my friends who are suffering in LOVE matter fast to recover back, LOVE is not ALL.

Live for hope, just thinking who is blind, who is handicapped and who is full of illness is enough

Not bad, especially now is economic recession critical time…
Thanks to SONY, actually SONY quite fair to all employee, although its salary is not high if compare to others company.

I like this design environment...

Although sometime can't fully cope the pressure, at least I got good colleagues advice and help...

today is Friday, but i still in office now
meanwhile waiting my colleague back, i curi-curi blogging in office now

today is full of pressure,
really hard to understood others 3D...and evenmore want to modifiy it

i think i'm very messy to take time to understood the concept,
if for my own 3D, i think i won't take much time to understood it and may be can direct to modify it in short time...

this story is told me, please make thing well no matter how busy we are...
if i make things no good, i think my juniors or somebody will difficult too if they be requested to change my 3D...

Today is work like cow, really pressure recent days...

Ha, initially today is happy because have few model appreciate dinner (all in one),
unfortunately some of the members can't make it today,
aiyah! never mind lah, happiness together, just put on Next Monday loh.
Hope I can help my boss to manage well the appreciate dinner...

My time here is not much, I should get more good memory among my colleagues especially this kind of appreciate dinner (not all boss have this kind of appreciate culture)

Today suddenly have Midea (office internal technical report sharing),
But luckily I still remember what I wrote on my technical report, so far so good.
Oh my god, suddenly one of my colleagues is rush for preparation and make me nervous, but no choice, I really have many pressure things to do...

When I saw back my slide, oh my god, look like my slide is not so good
(But actually I remember I already do it well that time since many priority task on hand that time)

But when is going to review and share to everybody, I found I reduce mark on my self presentation...especially hare to present well...

I learn something...

No matter how we busy, do well a job but not do much many jobs.
But anyway, I didn't regret for my way in this slide, i know my abilities.

Learn from limitation and learn from others good.

Just ate dinner and 5S keeping on my washing basin, my basin look like always 'stuck', not good the design...or really have something rubbish inside block my smooth water ventilation?

Let see how lah...since we not always have big activities on this washing basin...

ah,today suppose is badminton day, but hall already be booked for function on this and next thursday..aiseh...

ok lah, thats all for my current thinking now...

p/s: my xiaomaomi is still studying for her Nov exam, so i just silent and boring for coming days....waiting to celebrate with xiaomaomi after her exam :)

I'm not sure should clap my hand or not when I saw University of Malaya (UM) back to top universities in Year 2009, my feeling is weird.

UM ranking is always out of TOP 200 or just nice in TOP200.
actually i'm thinking how to maintain or improve our University ranking....

I think this university ranking topic sure will have another rebate issue among politicians, No matter how! Let us thinking how to improve all of UNIVERSITIES in Malaysia

we still have other good and famous university here: like USM, UKM, MMU,UTM....
Actually Malaysia is not bad...

i only have one point, it is my major point:

Quota must be 100% stopped and cancel, although government said it is no more quotas in new intake of local university,

I not 100% believe.

look like this day is a super NICE day for all races friends
For Malay: of course today is their 1st day of Raya
For Chinese: wah! Too many wedding party and new shop opening ceremony need to attend for my overall family, really is good happening.

This time is really short schedule, we already prepare 6 hamper in the early morning, but only allow visit 4 houses in Bukit Mendi and Bukit Puchong between 10.30am and 1.15pm

After that attend wedding party (represent my family) at 2pm...
The 2pm wedding is not only one, almost all my family members attend luncheon weeding party, my house is always full of schedule...

Selamat Hari Raya, this is 1st Pakcik house that we always visit for every Raya.

Beside got satay, beef rendang , this year add one more nasi dagang with his fish kuah.

Busy time:
3D concept study + Japan change appearance again + tooling, molder, spray how come all NG? + part cost & schedule follow up + Production, QA meeting + Gromit's crazy direction....blar blar blar, ah I don’t want to work OT again......

Pressure time:
QA can't pass at all + over budget + EPP0, EPP2 no parts IN, what!!! + vendor FFK again + line stop due to 'design' issue + no cause how come countermeasure + gf already call n-times when can go back + gromit's buli...omg, I going to die...

Of course above items all is negative image in our current working life
So, dude, don't complain so much ...

But actually we still can learn to enjoy our working life especially overload is never stop currently. We believe freedom time and happy time will be stronger if get all of your support and unity spirits.. We are designer, we can do it...

This movie is good, funny , and romantic comedy film.
Before this movie, actually I don't know who is the cast and contents and also don't know who are SANDRA BULLOCK and RYAN REYNOLDS that highlight by AiJune in my facebook.

The love story is straight and simple.
Indeed, the family story portion in this movie is good and touching into my heart.
We are work hard to be a part of family...

A solar eclipse(日蚀) occurs when the moon passes between the Sun and the Earth so that the Sun is fully or partially covered. This can only happen during a new moon, when the Sun and Moon are in conjunction as seen from the Earth.

There are four types of solar eclipses:
A total eclipse (日全食) occurs when the Sun is completely obscured by the Moon. The intensely bright disk of the Sun is replaced by the dark silhouette of the Moon, and the much fainter corona is visible. During any one eclipse, totality is visible only from at most a narrow track on the surface of the Earth.

A not good news impact my plan, no matter in work plan or personal plan

300D...a model which become popular among Malaysia & Japan company top top managment

300D, a model which I already involved in January 2009, a model which I think complicated and troublesome..., a model which make me tired...but sometime i very like this model (this model is full of budget),hehe

Just can happy for a while during end of May that this model is already go for Mass production.
But now, I have to temporary pass my own model to another PIC until further notice

but it gave me a HINT to ESCAPE from my current thinking and view

每到日落時分, 靜修道長就為"放下"送飯了，嘴一邊呼喚著 : "放下！放下！"

小弟子覺得很奇怪，就問道長:"為什麼要給狗起這個奇怪的名字，
人家的狗都叫阿黃、來福什麼的，為什麼您的狗叫'放下'？
"靜修道長不語，讓他們自己去悟。
小弟子就觀察老道長，終於發現：
每天當道長餵完狗後，就不再讀經書，到院中打打太極拳，散散步。
小弟子到道長面前，訴說了他們觀察的收穫，
老道長微笑地點點頭說："你們終於明白了。

其實我在叫狗的時候，其實也是叫自己'放下'，讓自己放下許多事情。
因為人們不可能在一天內做完所有的事情，
你只要將一天中最很重要的事情做完就已足夠了。
在人們越來越習慣動輒高呼殘酷競爭時，其實學會"放下"的意義就越大。

按照他們的傳統，如果連續三天趕路，第四天必須停下來休息一天，
以免我們的靈魂趕不上我們的腳步。
這個現代人也許看來很難理解的解釋，讓我很受觸動。

我們的生活太忙碌了，工作和生活的壓力讓我們日復一日地在趕路，
以至於我們很少停下來思考一下，就不斷地被很多東西推著走，
或者追逐著眼前的東西而去，
而我們的靈魂早已落後在我們匆匆趕路的身影後面無影無蹤。

沒有了自己我們的生活就交給了外物去控制。
又到了一周，我們是不是也放緩腳步，等一等我們的靈魂？

Calculated back, I think Fei Lou and Pei See LOVE STORY is more than 8 years, but it is excluding they know each other since primary school.

If talking their FORM 6 story, it is more excited to hear they already start ‘bath’ together during their Kuantan form 6 life, haha, they like to 'bath' together (actually is same time bathing in 2 different bath room), they like 'massage' together, they like to 'long gai' together too.

Haha, such a super damn HOT day
But it doesn’t stop my way, to go for BLOOD DONATION
Unfortunately, I lost my ‘CERTIFICATE’ book,
But I think it is not big deal, past data is not so important
I contribute with my truly heart.

Think back my ‘record’, I think I already have 10 times past
So it is nothing ‘painful’, ‘stresses and scare going for this way.
But from first time until now, I think my average data in blood donation is only once a year.

It is NOT ENOUGH totally,
Keep active oh, Gromit!
(a health people can donate blood 2 or 3 times over a year)

Pantai Keracut One Day Trip

Life is full of meaningful if we have a exact life and direction
This week (end of April) is also a good week for me, as we already planned and decided wanna have relax and funny nature trip.

Pantai Keracut, a place where most of my Penang friends never go or seldom go.
Taman Negara Pulau Penang in the north-west of the island, being the only national park in Penang, is also the smallest national park in Malaysia. Pantai Kerachut is one of the beaches with a turtle hatchery.

on 1st of May, we are 8 peoples go over there by two silver Myvi (one is Gay type)
Before go over there, lucky! We have a nice DIM SUM breakfast in Pekaka, otherwise we might no energy to over cross the jungle and arrived Pantai Keracut.

A tired night after back from Pantai Keracut half day trip, syok:)
Nothing to do and just bored and watched a Chinese movie which I know it has been showing on every Friday, from 10pm in NTV 7 (your feel good channel).

It is a HK movie (CrazyAndTheCity神经侠侣) which a 'so so' movie I already watch n-time before (may be in Astro or local TV or DVD…)
But it is ok, just because I have nothing to do and Xiaomaomi is using PC for her personal stuff.

Mood can change very fast

This movie is entitled by Chinese and English subtitle, I don’t think this is bad if add another subtitle: Malay in this movie. It is good to let all Malaysian can watch more Chinese movie and have more chances to explore and know more our Chinese Society.

But it doesn’t mean we need use the Malay subtitle to ‘replace’ the original subtitle.
Indeed we can add another row to IMPROVE it or.... thinks this is a very simple concept.

Of course not totally all subtitle is 'closed' by Malay subtitle, I think I only can capture some or very few photo in this whole movie...

Watch this movie just because doesn’t have any good movie for my weekly hobby.

I come for Ben Affleck and Jenifer Aniston, who are the popular star what I think.
wah!!! Relax, funny and romantic for this movie, I like it :)

This movie is based on the wildly popular bestseller from “Sex and the City” scribes Greg Behrendt and Liz Tuccillo, “He’s Just Not That Into You” tells the stories of a group of interconnected, Baltimore-based twenty- and thirty somethings as they navigate their various relationships from the shallow end of the dating pool through the deep, murky waters of married life, trying to read the signs of the opposite sex… and hoping to be the exceptions to the “no-exceptions” rule.

This movie is divided by chapter headings:

If he’s not calling you, …
If she’s not sleeping with you…

Although Ben Affleck and Jenifer Aniston are the super star in this movie, but I more preferring “Gigi”, Ginnifer Goodwin was cast as Gigi, the character who is really the catalyst for the overall story.

8:30PM local time, wherever you live on planet earth

Objective of Earth Hour:
To help raise awareness about global warming

What we can do:
Switch off lights and electrical appliances for just one hour
This is first for me; I will start by just switch off lights only

What we get (COST):

For the first 200 kWh (1 - 200 kWh) per month= 21.8 sen/kWh

For the next 200 kWh (201 -400 kWh) per month = 33.4 sen/kWh

Just thinking what I normally doing during 8.30pm to 9.30pm:
Assume I switched off my down lights x 12 (living hall, kitchen) = 216 wh

Assume I switched off my TV X1 = 128 wh

Assume I switch off my fluorescence tubes x2 = 120 wh

Total saved energy from my side is around 444 wh which equal 9.7 sen

Haha, I can save 9.7 sen for this event

Don’t belittle the amount!!!

Assume 10% of Malaysian (Malaysia total population is around 27,730,000) joined this even, we can save up to RM26811.38 for this EARTH HOUR EVENT

Above data just my assumption that based on headcount but not based on house

What Earth get:
Ha-ha, I’m not PRO, I don’t have the data, but just imagine what the CO2 released will be reducing the harm of global warming.

HAPPY NEW YEAR
Welcome to Year 2009..today are 7 Jan 09, hopefully not so late to greet you all

Before talking Year 2009
I had special experience in Year 2008
Compare to experience in year 2007, I found Year 2008 actually is quite a challenging year for me, but now review back, I found I quite steady and enjoying my challenge and sweet thing in year 2008.

I would like to share some selected happing in my Year 2008 and hopefully can gain past experience in my life improvement

Health:
My weight looks like never decrease, even maintained constant weight is a tough job.
Back pain, admitted to hospital is my serious illness in year 2008, although is OK now, but in year 2009, I hopefully can train myself eat well, drink well, sleep well.

Sport:
I lost an opportunity in joining company badminton selected game end of Year2008, but I still have one gold metal and free racket in the early of Y2008. I still maintained sport night once of a week + jogging (depend to mood). In year 2009, I hope I still keep sport night once a week and plus more outdoor game. For early year 2009 badminton tournament(coming Feb), I think I won’t join again the badminton selection (less training + back pain psychology+less confidence)

Finance:
End of Year 2008, everything related to investment look like not so good. Meanwhile saying lucky that I doesn’t invest in stock and mutual fund (for current bad market), actually it already come out my weakness in investment obviously, I doesn’t have a good direction and know-how in investment. In year 2009, meanwhile keep hardworking and enthusiast in my design job, I hopefully can pick up my investment knowledge. Take this opportunity to inform my care friend, if have any AMANAH SAHAM XXX or special program, please tell me earlier, no more last minute, anyway still thanks to you, appreciate your help.

Love:
I have a great memory in my wedding preparation after 8 years long dating, I found I did well in my wedding preparation (in honestly), it is work! After experience by joined many school, university activities and projects. Even more we have a great Bali honey moon; this is our first trip in Indonesia. In year 2009, we don’t plan anywhere yet, but I think we will visit Local place like Fraser hill, Tioman Island...actually Malaysia is a good natural place.

Career:
My career experience is grower much in Year 2008 as I totally involved in 4 projects although pressure and helpless always happen around me, but I think I still able to overcome it. When you don’t think performance, automatically you will steady and work better in job. I keep my attitude to gain experience in technical and management. In Year 2009, I continue my Japan project, hopefully have more chance BIZ trip to Singapore, Japan and Korea (as I have supplier in these foreign countries, but company is talking save cost, I won’t expect much)
So far Biz trip to Singapore and Japan still not enough for me. For Xiaomaomi career, I hope she can have a new career after resigned from her ENGINNER job. I keep supporting although initially I not really agree her become teacher. But I will always respect and support her decision, Happiness is everything J

Social:
I think I still active in current issue, but I still searching my comfort way to contribute to society and country (keep searching). I focus on unity and fairness among all races in Malaysia.
But I have no practical experience (although I grow under strong political background).
In Year 2009, I think I still keep my health social life, cinema life, and hopefully have chance involved in social program (charity, religion...)

Just around 30 minutes, I found I already wrote many items.
Anyway today just have mood to write my feeling here (today is no OT day, I like no-OT day).

In conclusion, my main target in Y2009 is HEALTH and ECONOMIC,
I hope I have a good starting here.

First Admitted to Hospital

I was falling unknown pain (around left kidney side) last few weeks until can’t sleep well. After went twice the panel clinic in a week and their medicine, my pain seem like doesn’t improve. After advice my clinic doctor, I need to send to specialist for further ‘study’ With first investigation result is left kidney suspect got solid (or normally we called stone)

With the offer letter of panel doctor, I was sent to Bukit Mertajam Specialist Centre. After see the specialist, and advised, I need to go though Ultrasound test.

Wah, first time do ultrasound test, look like a pregnant woman who is going to check their baby. Actually is nothing pain but I just don’t like the oil or lubricant sweep on my body, geri~~~, I can see my kidney and stomach via the ultrasound, but the picture is not clear.

Ok, result out!!! Got stone inside my left kidney
(but the stone is very small until can’t see well by ultrasound)

For me, it seems is good news, coz it need not do any surgery!!! Go back to specialist view, he forced me to admit, but I said this is not big deal right. But he still FORCED me to admit, may be he got his professional view that need to further check.

After asks the claim issue (thanks to LP Lee, MI Tan , Saw cai…)I need not pay ANY money for this treatment fee, I just promise to Doctor for admit. Then before officially ‘check in’ , I go back to take some cloths, and of course eat well first (one clayport Mee soap+ nasi tomato and curry) before I admit.

Of course,I need to inform whom concern and tell them don’t worry (it really take long time in inform matter, but I felt happy coz everybody is concern me and care me)

After CT scan and X-ray test, I was send to 5th floor wad. Seem like I really don’t like the environment (6 bed a room), I request to 2 bed a room or single room (after confirm my claim limit), but all is full.

No choice! And don’t complain much. I come here for treatment but not holiday. And I also know company just can cover my claim if I admit (min 1 day)

My first lunch (I totally not taste bout the food)
But I still can finish all, haha!

Beside the cloth, I bought one Newspaper and bring my book +personal entertainment tools (thanks the MP4 and NC-22)

My first medicine, I big I small (take for every 6 hours)

Actually beside the kidney check, I also check my stomach ( I suspect get the Helicobacter Pylori in my last blood test report), so I need to start fasting on 12am midnight. So far this is the direction that gave by nurse.

So in many times, I consider FREE (easy boring), but lucky I got new ‘roommates’ and we have a nice chit-chat there (our bed room got multiracial, truly is mini Malaysia here)
A malay ‘roommate; actually is not big deal, but he also force to admit for claim issue (min 1 day).

Just a while, my dinner came ( I never felt hungry here, beside the big meal, I also served for n-times milo+ biscuits)

Finally Xiaomaomi came to visit me after her work,
Wah~bring lots of thing….but I think I need not all of items, thanks to Xiaomaomi

Sister’s family also came to visit, haha! To cure my boring!!!
Xiaomaomi are come together with them and just a short talk, and make sure really not big deal for me, they go back home!

I continue my chit chat with my new roommates loh, then is time to sleep and when time to dreaming...

Suddenly a miscall come, and...

Wah!!! Ghost!!!….dont takes my life. I don’t want go to hell…not yet not yet ( I still not yet have baby, not yet go Europe, not yet drive sport car…)
Haha, just kidding, actually the ghost are not stealing my life, he is truly concern me,

He is temporary replace Xiaomaomi and serves me a good milo, so sweet!
Haha, he is Chee Wai Lam, consider one my best friend among my course mates.

After a short luan sui, we found we really long time didn’t gather most of coursemates gang….everybody is how’s life now???

During night in hospital, I really can’t sleep well, may be I really don’t like stay in Hospital & also worrying bout the tomorrow scary test. I hope no next time.

I think me already in dreaming when I see Obama said:
DON’T WORRY! NOTHING CAN STOP US.
Seem like Obama also concern me, don’t worry Mr. President.

Today wake up earlier, nurse ask me change to uniform look and immediate sent to for stomach microscope test (I forget the test's name, but the test is using a flexible microscope go inside my body via mouth and check my organs) heard the name already scary and vomit.

I quite scary the word ‘do it in tak sedar diri’

Now thinking back I really can’t remember well the detail…I think that time I really tak sedar diri, I just remember I felt uncomfortable and I make the big move…
I still can remember person hold me is from 1 people increase to 3 peoples too...I guess that time I really felt painful. haha

After the test (who I worry since yesterday), I felt comfortable!
See my above photo, Xiaomaomi is thinking she wrong in the hospital, is it here is psychotic hospital (hospital penyakit sakit jiwa)! Gromit become psychopath…

Same like yesterday, I repeated my life here, waiting for medicine and eat.

But this time meal together with Xiaomaomi, Happy meal :)

Saw the Newspaper advertisement, I miss properties burger, it is back,

means CNY is coming soon, hooray!

And until now (4.30pm) , I already know my kidney stone already removed via urine and all the test related to Kidney is OK

(but I forget ask how doctor know my kidney stone removed!!!keep asking tomorrow)

But I still need to admit one more day.
Omg!!!! Because one more stomach tests result will be out tomorrow morning...
After ask the permission of doctor, and promise to take the medicine on coming hours and promise will back to specialist centre on tomorrow morning,

Doctor allow me to take home leave…

Yeah!
So for the result tomorrow, I already can foresee the result and action…
If result is OK, my entire test is ok and smooth
If result is NG, I need to take for medicine for treatment
Not bid deal, don’t worry all….

That’s all my admitted experience (16-18 Dec 2008)

这是小猫咪今天的心情，我感觉她在担心我,我也感到同样的躁急.

今天是星期一，新一周的开始。我和老公约好早上六点钟起床，一起享用早餐，然后一起去上班。一切都是因为我想看着他吃药，我才放心上班去。他生病了，可是还不确定是什么病，所以我才担心，医生说吃完药，如果还没痊愈，才再次看他。

开始一天的工作，大约在9.30am 左右，我的电话铃声响起，可是没电话号码显示。我毫不犹豫地接了这通电话：

我：哈罗
对方：快点来救我！我出事了（是一把男声，边说边哭。。。）
我：你是谁，你在那里！！！（其实我开始慌了，脑袋里想这到底是老公的声音吗？或是爸爸的声音，我不知道，我胡思乱想，是不是老公偷偷地去看医生，然后出事了！！！我的心下一沉。。。我真的担心我身边的亲戚出事）
对方：我是我。。。我是你儿子。。。快点来救我！我出事了。。。（继续哭,真的好凄凉！）

我觉得这通电话不妥，我马上交给一位男同事接听。我的同事也问对方是谁，可是他还是继续哭，不久后，对方就挂上电话了。过了一阵，电话又响起，我直接交给我的同事接听，可是这一次，对方却说是我同事的弟弟，向他求救，也是一边哭一边说。挂上第二通电话后，对方再也没打来了。

我马上拨电话给老公，确保他真的安全。知道他在公司，我才放心。可是因为这一通电话，影响我今天的心情，让我开始担心他的病情。真的，在我听电话的那一杀那，感觉好像即将失去老公或身边的亲戚朋友，我很害怕，心里很不安。

吃完午餐，传了一个短讯给老公，今天无论如何一定要去看医生，因为我害怕你的健康出现问题。老公马上call我，听到他的声音，眼泪不听话地掉了下来。因为此时此刻，他没事比任何东西都重要。

今天很早就下班，煮晚餐，等老公回来。一个拥抱，一切都在不言中。刚刚看完医生，医生说别担心，他介绍另一名医生，明天帮老公做详细地检查。看来我还要担心多一个夜晚。

2008 HatYai 2 Day 1 Night Trip

Hat Yai Trip (22-23-NOV-08)

I think we just decide go Hat Yai within a week time. So far so good although we didn’t have much time to do their survey
Free and easy :) it is ok.

Would like to brief what is Hat Yai before I continue writing our 2 day 1 night trip

Hat Yai is a city in southern Thailand near the boundary to Malaysia, which is famous town for Malaysian to shop and ‘special program’ there, haha.

After email discussion, finally we decided go there by Chee Wai’s car and park at Changlun and take a taxi to Hat Yai

Around 5am, we are depart from my house then go to SP (Aik Huan forget bring his passport) and have a simple breakfast there then go ahead our Hat Yai trip

Pass through Alor Setar, say HI to Alor Setar gang

(I thik most of them still in sleeping)

Already there, Bukit Kayu Hitam custom After ‘advice’ by local taxi driver, we all put extra RM1 each in the Passport book for ‘ticket’ oh,,,,

I think Thailand corruption is worse than Malaysia.

Ah haha,,,haha, we are step into Thailand land now,

we are free from ‘escape’,haha

Although it is non-stop raining, but it wont affect our relax mood. And everything become alright when we saw a Thailand Leng Lui on the way to Hat Yai. Syok! Hat Yai is around 60km from Border, not so far :)

Around 4 hours long from my house, finally we reached Hat Yai, this is the Hat Yai nice scene view from 18th floor, Lee Gardens Hotel.

After jalan-jalan
Is time to visit local attractive place
We take a half day tour that including famous Four Faces Buddha Temple and Kwan Yin Hill, Wat Ko Hong…

Before touring, ask the local tourist guide bring us go for Local food
We request spicy food, Tomyam, Mango salad...

And the picture is a rice with mixed pork (mixed pork is super spicy that request by Chee wai)
But how spicy oh???

Today is also the history day for me, this is my first time to separate out the spicy item and can’t finished it…don’t play play, don’t challenge pure Thailand food.

The soda here is tasteless, but in overall is quite good,

Just a rest in hotel, is already night, this is our checked in Hotel, together with the Lee Gardens Plaza, location is strategic. Many Malaysian prefer this hotel.

Before rest, we all have a shopping in nearby shopping centre
Conclusion: nothing to buy, all is expensive or same price with Malaysia.

In next day, we all leave Hat Yai after breakfast in hotel.
The breakfast not bad, higher what I expect.

On the way back, our taxi driver went to petrol station to fill up petrol
Once we stop car there, the operator automatic put this signboard in front of us
Look like is NO SMOKING, OFF UR ENGINE, NO MOBILE PHONE…

So good leh…
But the effect is no work to our taxi driver, he doesn’t stop the car engine and operator also no warning to him…aisehhh.

19.41Baht/ litre (equal RM2.04/litre)

Eh…consider cheaper than Malaysia leh (Malaysia is RM2/litre, but don’t forget we also one of the petrol producer country…$%#$^%)

Before back to Malaysia
We buy something snack food in border, many things to buy here.
We can use MYR or Baht for purchasing

In the end, don’t forget practice your back safety belt while sitting on the back side seat

Still considering need to go Bangkok on next year for personal trip?
Chance becomes lower when Bangkok is not ‘peace’ now…

Family Dinner Gathering on OCT

Happy birthday to my uncle :) and say HI to my family members here:

my Uncle, he is the one of the relative who guides me lots when I was young.
I received many gift and advice from him since I was young,
I got racket lah, I got shoe lah, I got dictionary, stories book…
Not because I good in academic, or perform well in some field.
This is what I learn from young, care people and concern people are without any CONDITION one.

Today take this opportunity thanks to him and wish my uncle happy birthday
And also thanks to him that allow us to gather again for our family members gathering (although we always have this kind of gathering)

This year is my Uncle 50th birthday
My uncle already book 5 tables for dinner gathering :)

Very nice to attend this kind of gathering although I and Xiaomaomi need to take long drive from Penang to my hometown in Pahang.But it is worth

I realize many good points and 'education' way that keeping in my family since i was study in STPM.

Our family not just focus on academy, but somemore are 'teaching' next generation for public speaking, social activities, buddha teaching, be polite man, not YES boy/girls, self disciplice, responsibility....haha, look like is training a superman,,,i'm the failed guy in my family, but i keep chasing to be a good man :)

I and Xiaomaomi have been live in new house for 2 years++ long,

so far so good :)

Still remember new ‘members’ (Furniture, TV, Refrigerator, Washing Machine) are consequently add in during these two years time,.

Earning money is not easy !!!

And now what are another two new members oh...?

This time would like to take attention here because they are by FREE.

Actually we have no high redeem points in HSBC credit card acc.
What can we do for limited redeem points?
Never mind, use the limited redeem points to get the ‘limited’ items lohhhh

Today is not feeling good
I mean not in health, suddenly become nervous as first time doing another type of project, furthermore it is high-end one.

Not so feeling good again as suddenly this project already go to HM stage while I NEVER involve in concept design.

If compare with previous model, I think this job scope will be easier, but I still not feeling good, may be I still lack of information…still can’t imagine and catch up the project concept.

I think this is my another challenge.
I should be happy,this is my another opportunity ; I try learning to cool down and accept for new thing. This is designer necessary thinking. Keep learning :)

For Phase I of the implementation, eligible Malaysians whose road tax were purchased or renewed with effective date from 1 April 2008 until 31 May 2008 can start to claim the subsidy at 683 post offices countrywide from 14 June 2008 (Saturday) until 31 March 2009.

For Phase II of the implementation, vehicle owners who have purchased or renewed their road tax from 1 June 2008 until 31 March 2009, can commence their Cash Rebate claims at post offices from 1 July 2008 (Tuesday) onwards.

For Phase III of the implementation, vehicle owner who have purchased or renewed their road tax from 1 April 2008 until 31 March 2009 at any of the 683 Post Offices or JPJ counters or Myeg, can commence their Cash Rebate claims via PosOnline from 1 August 2008 (Friday) onwards.

The procedure for cash rebate is very simple:
If you are the owner of the vehicle who already fulfill the above requirement, you just need bring your IC (identification card or Mycard) to Post office (please take noted not all post office provide the cash rebate service)

Within the 5 minutes time, you can get your cash rebate that based on your vehicle rate

But I believe today (actually is 4th November 2008 for US) not only the historical day for US but it is worldwide historical day too.

I’m not familiar how US government work, but with the all worldwide people’s eyes and hope, I believe Obama will do well in his new TEAM, we hope your new TEAM really can raise up the current economic as the highest priority mission that what current economic already become a serious and critical crisis.

Sungai Lembing Halfday Trip

I would like to continue what my previous blog that posts on last few weeks

Ha-ha, this time I would like talking bout Sungai Lembing. Although Sungai Lembing and my hometown were also located in Pahang but don’t think we are near each other, Pahang is not small state, and even more this is my first trip to Sungai Lembing.

eh, what so attractive in Sungai Lembing?

Actually Sungai Lembing is a tin mining town;

It is around 45km (around 35 mints distance from MS Garden Hotel in Kuantan town) nortwest of Kuantan in Pahang.

Lembing town developed in the 1880's when the British set up the tin mining industry.
Today the town of Sg Lembing is in decline although it was once the richest town in Pahang, known as El Dorado of the East. But after the tin ‘finished’, the town immediately become ‘dead’ city.

Lucky, there is a Bukit Panorama （林明山）which is a popular place to watch the sunrise. This is the reason we are there :)

Early in the morning, we depart out journey from MS Garden around 5am.
Then we start our journey up to Bukit Panaroma around 5.45am
Aiseh, early morning can’t take well photo, dense fog is covering.

But the air is very fresh, syok! Long time didn’t wake earlier and exercise.

Sport shoe and torch light is a necessary thing up to Bukit Panaroma

This is Xiao Mao Mi first time ‘climb’ the mountain, not bad!
My sister (pink color in the back) already tired and my daddy is going support her now. Long way to go, keep ahead, doesn’t easy give up.

Wah, finally can see the scene after 80% of our journey.
We feel relaxing; look like we are going to the heaven.

Oops! finally, we are top of the Bukit Panorama :)

Oops just for a while, my uncle finally met all of us.

21 October 2008: Sick Sick Sick

I just back from Company, for sick leave!!!
(after adviced by Doctor In-House)

Actually stomachache doesn’t a big deal for me
(and I believe it will recover back soon)
But I just want to see doctor.

Nowadays, peoples is busy for their work.
BUSY BUSY BUSY, until have no time to rest well,
no time to release stress,
no time for gathering ,

not time for good Friday dinner...

I think everybody has their own commitment, no choice, high responsibility, performance, good bonus, for promote…
But don’t remember many serious illness such as cancel, Trauma, heart attack…are caused from lack of rest, non-effective stress release way or...

Don’t wait until serious just to see doctor, that time:
-The suffering people is you
-The money earned from ‘over hardworking’ (with seldom rest well) will be pay back to the medicine and treatment.
-The unhappy is you (become regret)
-The affected people is your family and friends (many peoples are worrying your treatment fee, and even jobless problem)

Again, I’m not the doctor, but I try always not obeying the rule:
Precaution advanced than Treatment （预防胜于治疗）

If found not feeling good, stop your work, rest well first...

Today morning is very unhappy!!!
Today scolded by boss!!!!
Everybody may think this is normal? Why need this big action? What is big deal?

Everything happen has their cause, this is what I believe.
But if not talking detail, actually this is a good lesson for me.
At least I saw I also have this bad habit via someone.

Face!!!
Manliness!!!
Aiksss, I found this is more obvious among the leader
I really saw many leaders have this bad habit
(Especially some politic big big leader and economic big big boss)

So it means they are success people??? NO NO NO
But they also not failure in their achievement
See! I already learn something from today morning incident.

At least I know most of them will lose in people management or friend’s relationship or even lost their life value or regret.

Furthermore it give me an opportunity to know the company reality and fact.
I try to think positive today morning, although it is a bit difficult.

But to prove I’m a value people, I won’t lose my confidence and goal; I still can keep growing and learning.

After email chat with my colleague and ex-colleague, I get many encouragement and support.

It fast makes my positive thinking more powerful, thanks friends :)

And in company, I know my mum just went out from a minor operation in Hospital in Kuantan via my dear sister sms, great to see it.

Even I and another 4 good colleagues (Ah Cheng, Saw cai, and Weird egg (怪蛋) leave company earlier to enjoy SUSHI KING RM2 PROMOTION, hooray….finally can eat up my sushi after an hour long queue …thanks to them.

Yeah yeah yeah, my feeling become better
Furthermore I know my big brother (大师兄, also is ex-colleague, university course mate, good friend….) come to Penang soon…to play badminton.

Balik Kampung…wo wo wo Balik Kampung!
I have been not at hometown around 5 month long. So pity me!
Luckily my parents were visiting me twice during their Penang trip last few months.

Thanks the Raya and let me have a 1 week long holiday :)

During Raya, I did many things: attend good friend’s wedding, Malay Kampung Visit, Sg Lembing and Kuantan 2 days 1 night family trip, met many old friends, met many relatives and new family members in Xiao Mao Mi side…haha, syok!!!!

We were visit 1 house during Raya eve,
7 houses on Raya 1^st day and 2 houses on Raya 2^nd day
then toward to Kuantan for 2 days 1 night trip.

Oops, we like to use hand to eat, it is more delicious!

Most of the Malays house serving the same meal, mainly is Lemang, rendang beef, Tapai…and many delicious dessert. My stomach is full of lemang and beef in these three days.

Hopefully our ‘buah tangan’ can cheer them up and build up in multiracial relationship :)

Water Leakage, OMG my new house.

Water leakage, alamak!!!

It is happen two month ago , unfortunately I’m very busy on last two month until have no time to manage it. My life is suck!!!

Now my project is already MP (mass production) and smooth, it is time to manage myself (to settle many personal things such as bank matter, loan matter, utilities bill and so on)

What is the root cause to water leakage? And why it is only happen after I shifted to new house last 13 months? And what is the bad effect for this water leakage? (I should said lucky coz it is not happen inside my new house)

Actually it is not big matter, but it is very uncomforted to me. Always look like still have many things to settle if one thing haven’t settle well. I was feedback many times and made many appointments with developer regarding this issue, as I said before I was very busy until no time to allow developer to further go through their action.

Until today…hehe
Finally I’m free and developer sends their Bangladesh worker to help me…
With the smart worker help my balcony become like that:

Their work has to stop now because it is have to put a chemical thing on the construction area. I hope everything will be getting well after this.

070707 Engagement at Than Hsiang Temple(檀香寺)

070707 is my Engagement day with my dear Xiao Mao Mi. Our Parents came from far far Pahang to be our engagement witness, thanks to all our family members who attended our this meaningful program.

It is also thanks my colleagues's (although most of them are already resigned, but we still keep in well touch :) ) for their coming, their wishes, their gift, their flower and also their birthday song (that day was my birthday too, hehe)

Take this opportunity thanks to our best camera man and this funny story editor, is him make our engagement full of memorable and fun.

Home (Let me go Home)

Coming days is already the Mid-Autumn Festival (it is also know as Lantern Festival). Unfortunately I still stay at outside and very felt sorry that I can’t go back home. While resting at house for this nice weekend, a familiar English songs singing in my MP3 list...

I decide take some minutes to write out my current feeling.
I believe everybody is missing home.
I missing home…

Just now call back to my family to know my grandfather health status; my dear grandfather is just out from ICU (Intensive Care Unit) after a minor heart operation. Hopefully my all family member is heath and happy. And I felt very happy after simple talk to my grandfather. I know he is recovering soon, this is what I believe.

And now MSN back to my dear youngest sister (I know my mum is just sitting beside my sister) Mum asks me how? Got mooncake? How is my health (I just recover from back pain),,, it is warm regard s, although can’t hear my mum voice now, but I know she always loving me.
Don’t worry mum.
Please take care and I sure know you are very tiring to handle chicken poultry matter (now is ‘tangkap ayam’ season for my family chicken poultry farm)

I will be call back home (this is what I try to keep it,at least once a week)

Back Pain, OMG!!!

Wah~~~Back pain is very terrible

Even I can’t stand straight. It is very shock in pain especially I want to wake up from seating position. At night, it is difficult to sleep well too….SUFFERING!!!

Last two day, were playing badminton with my darling. The back pain root cause happen when the shuttle cock drop to neighbor, as my HAO LIAN attitude, I immediately jump over the wall and pick back my shuttle cock. That time, I felt something in back, but in overall I still can ‘tahan’….until night….the pain become serious…

The pain is still keeping suffering me until I decided to see doctor yesterday night. Doctor just gave me some medicine and rest advice, but I said it is very painful now. I’m complaining why no injection for me,,,Doctor just smile and advice me don’t do any massage to cure it.

What the hell? It is very pain now….and don’t play play the back pain oh (In my opinion, It may affected my bed performance…half serious half kidding)

Without wasting time, I take some times to STUDY what is the back pain and how it will affected to me if not fully cure.

About nine out of ten adults experience back pain at some point in their life, and five out of ten working adults have back pain every year.

After I readed the wiki article, I felt better and won’t worry much again….hehe. It is normal case what!!!it will be alright after take few day fully rest (without sport or heavy job)

I believed with the medicine and MC leave, everything will be alright.

Merdeka Merdeka Merdeka

Yesterday have a one nice Ipoh trip. If just based on topic said, it is no any special MERDEKA feel in Ipoh, there are seldom Malaysia flag hang on by each shop, there are no any banner about MERDEKA, even I just saw few cars are hang on their Jalur Gemilang on their car. During travel back to Penang, there is also no any MERDEKA program on Radio,,,,,when pass through AutoCity, Penang, there is seem like no so many cars there (normally have any program, there sure crowded people and of course traffic jam).

What happen to MERDEKA now OR what happen to Malaysian now?

During study from primary school to University or even working now,, MERDEKA celebration seem like never stop from the Early of August until September.

Actually I received many gossip from politic way!!!

Heard:
BN: Malaysian doesn’t like Malaysia anymore, because Malaysia gives big rejection to BN during 308, 12th General Elections Malaysia that held on 8 March 2008.

Chinese base politic party: A UMNO leader said Chinese as ‘PENUMPANG’ ethnic in Malaysia already hurt our heart, what we contribute to Malaysia look like never be appreciated.

Indian and others minority ethnic party: Malaysia just concern us during MERDEKA just because want to show off MALAYSIA is a good country that all ethnic in all majority and minority ethnic are living fairly, harmonic and happily.

OMG, loving our country is already serious affected by POLITIC, that why sometime I said POLITIC in Malaysia still not in the mature status, don’t try to politicize it in Malaysia Independent day.

In my opinions, never suspect Malaysian is never like our country, we always like MALAYSIA forever, but do you think are YOU (Federal Government and State government) serious concern us and take care us.

We are waiting a TRUE and FAIR Malaysia.

In this special day, although I didn’t involve in any Merdeka countdown party or what what what….

I will want to say:

My feeling to share, day after Permatang Pauh by-election on 26 August 2008

As expected Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim won the Permatang Pauh by-election, but what was impressive was the margin of victory.
The PKR leader was returned to Parliament with a majority of 15,671 votes, exceeding the 13,388-vote majority achieved by his wife Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail in the March 8 general election

Today is the first day after Permatang Pauh by-election. Penang here is not so special today, everybody is still continuing their routine job, and nobody will have some big change after this by-election. Don’t expect Anwar can make you work easily, doesn’t expect we can live easily, don’t expected Anwar can improve the traffic jam problem now, don’t expected, petrol price drop immediately….

Country success is by smart people, no matter Najib or Anwar become Prime Minister, don’t expected our life will become better in short time. I believe Malaysia people become mature in politic, and Malaysia will become better after politic competitive advantage each other by BN and Pakatan Rakyat. Nobody dare to play ethnic issue again, and we want talking unity.

Today dinner with tiger, he said pressure is not coming from rush schedule. I add a point here: I know many of us facing working pressure by tight schedule, low budget and expected high quality…

But if think further, pressure is come from our attitude, if you think negative, everything will be gone, meanwhile in thinking positive: although not all the thing will be alright, but at least not everything be gone, this is way I need to learn now...

CHIKUNGUNYA FEVER (基孔肯雅蚊症)

Today want to highlight a popular thing, but the popular is such not talking movie, fashion, war, scandal, Olympic…but I talking disease.

This time, I want to highlight some information about CHIKUNGUNYA.

I received many friends’ friends ‘parent or relative met this kind of disease recently, and what the thing that makes me worry is:
It is serious worrying many town peoples when such a case happens in their hometown. Minister of Health (MOH) already did their effort to ‘cool down’ the affected town people, but worrying level to this disease look like never get down.

I’m not doctor, but I found some information bout this disease, hope can share to all of you. Prevention starts from you and me:

CHIKUNGUNYA FEVER (基孔肯雅蚊症)

Chikungunya is a viral disease transmitted by the bite of infected female mosquitoes of the aedes species, mainly aedes aegypti.

It is rare in Malaysia, however in April 206, 27 people were affected in Perak.
From Tanzania in 1953, it has since been identified repeatedly in west, central and southern Africa and many areas of Asia, now Singapore.

基孔肯雅蚊症（chikungunya ）是由基孔肯雅病毒 (chikungunya virus, CHIKV)引起，经黑班蚊传播，以发热、皮疹及关节疼痛为主要特征的急性传染病。1953年首次在坦桑尼亚证实了基孔肯雅热流行。本病主要流行于非洲和东南亚地区，近年在欧洲也发现病例。它屬于风土病, 経常发生在亚沙哈垃非洲，印度，东南亚，印尼和菲律宾。

Signs and symptoms (基孔肯雅蚊症的症状)

Fever up to 39 Degree Celsius (may last weeks)
Headache
Fatigue
Nausea and/ or vomiting
Muscular pain

本病为自限性疾病，患者一般会不治而癒。症状有

突发烧
头痛
关节出現剧烈疼痛
发疹

一般发热1～7天即可退热（通常5天）。由于其临床表现类似骨痛热症，有时会被誤认为骨痛热症。

在大马，未有报告说基孔肯雅蚊症会导致出血或死亡.

Treatment (治疗)

There is no vaccine or specific medication. Medication that will be prescribed is for fever and pain. Treatment is

Rest
Plenty of fluids.

就如由病毒引起的疾病，本病无特效葯物治疗，主要为対症处理。大部分的病例只需接受外来门诊。目前没有疫苗可预防此病的发生。
最好是多休息，多喝水。

Prevention (如何避免被传染此病)

*As normally done to prevent mosquito bites

use insect repellents, mosquito coils/mats/nets
proper clothing that covers your body when outdoors during dusk or dawn
eliminate breeding sites- they breed in clean stagnant water
Proper disposal of rubbish bins should be properly closed.

公众须了解确定住家四周経常保持清洁和消灭黑班蚊滋长的重要性。公众也受促参与大掃除活动，以确保各住家环境清洁和避免成为黑班蚊滋长的场所。卫生部劝請公众採取以下步骤，以避免受到传染。

Bali 度蜜月：不舍的第五天

今天终于要回家了，有点舍不得，感觉五天度蜜月是不足够的。
今天没有特别节目，只想在Kuta Town多呆一会儿。
今天租了一辆小木马，再一次游览Kuta Town，为Bali化上一个美丽的句号。

Bali 第一次的爆炸地点，现在已作为纪念碑了。

Joger, 一个以古怪，特别的口号来作为装饰品卖点的服装屋；
但东西不会便宜。

在离开Bali前，可不好用完你的Rupiah 哦，
记得一个人要留下150000 Rupiah (相等RM55) 的机场税。

上了飞机就睡着了，醒来时已经可看到Malaysia 的布城PutraJaya 了。
咱们俩五天四夜（12-16 AUG 2008）就这样甜蜜结束了，好喜欢大自然的旅行哦！

Bali 度蜜月：浪漫的第四天

在第三天的夜晚，咱们俩特地买了一对情侣装Bali Bintang,一个在Bali响当当的道地啤酒，也一起在Pub 喝了些，很不错。
好了，今天情侣装Bali Bintang亮相了。
今天的行程： Taman Ayun Royale Palace然后到闻名的Uludanu Temple.

出发前，来个SPA先。。。
第一次做SPA, 感觉很舒服，也很害羞，但还好啦，一定要试哦！

这是爱的标志，但却给小猫咪讥笑，奇怪。

另一个人间仙境：Uludanu Temple
这儿有山有水，很适合拍照。接下来我们会到Alas Kedaton Monkey Forest 然后再到Tanah Lot Pura Temple 看日落。

在这儿逗留一阵，我们就出发到Tanah Lot 了.

在Bali时常看到这一男一女的画，相信很出名，我本身也很喜欢.

小猫咪蛮会杀价，她正在跟店主讨价还价呢！Hehehe…

遇到两个鬼佬，真大胆。我最怕这些动物。怕怕！！！

这儿的风景也是一流的，风很大，海浪也很凶。
别小看大自然的力量。

等呀等，终于等到日落了，很快，美好的一天就这样结束了

Bali 度蜜月：轻松的第三天

很快来到了第三天，今天的目的地主要是参观这儿的活火山 Kintamali Volcano,当然一路上，我们会到BatuBulan 参观Barong Dance ;到Celuk 及Mas参观这儿的手工艺品(Celuk 是闻名于银器，Mas则是于木的雕刻闻名)

我们出发了，这是我们Hotel房间的号码，幸运号码。

参观Barong Dance的入口处，受到热情的招待。

（在这儿我们遇到蛮多的Malaysia人）

又遇到狗了，名副其实的看门使者。

这是在Mas某店屋看到的雕刻品，但目前对我来说：还不是慢慢欣赏的时候。

行驶了蛮远的路程，在来弯曲的山路，我们终于到了Kintamani.
这儿天气很凉爽，好像Cameron Highland 的气候。在这儿享受这里的马来餐(其实Malaysia 的马来餐更好吃)，我们就出发到附近的Tampak Siring Holy Spring Water Temple。

Oh! 今年是Indonesia 旅游年，来到Bali才知道。

来到了Tegalalang.哇！第一次亲眼看到梯级稻田。

Makcik 很勉强的微笑，只因小猫咪只跟她买了一串的香蕉。
从头到尾都没看到Makcik用手来扶持她头上的篮子，好厉害哦！

在Ubud买了一幅画作为新家客厅装饰物，记得要减价哦，我们的画整整扣了70%。有成就感，呵呵！

稻田，街上及油站的风景。我觉得Bali 真的是个富有文化色彩的旅游景点，Malaysia 其实也不差，但吸引外国游客的措施还不是很理想。
