2009- UM came back world's top 200 universities..ermm

I'm not sure should clap my hand or not when I saw University of Malaya (UM) back to top universities in Year 2009, my feeling is weird.

Review backs this past year:
UM ranking is always out of TOP 200 or just nice in TOP200.
actually i'm thinking how to maintain or improve our University ranking....



I think this university ranking topic sure will have another rebate issue among politicians, No matter how! Let us thinking how to improve all of UNIVERSITIES in Malaysia

we still have other good and famous university here: like USM, UKM, MMU,UTM....
Actually Malaysia is not bad...

we just alwasy drag in improvement just because our !!$#@#$#@@%#$$ stupid goverment policy...

if talking how to improve our university ranking
i only have one point, it is my major point:

Quota must be 100% stopped and cancel, although government said it is no more quotas in new intake of local university,

I not 100% believe.

FOCUS on quality instead of quantity.

hope we can really create a good and bright future for our next generation.
